The structures of Eci1p were analyzed and their quality was evaluated using the programs O (Jones et al. 1991), WHATIF (Vriend 1990), PROCHECK (Laskowski et al. 1993), DSSP (Kabsch & Sander 1983) and ICM (Abagyan & Totrov 1994).
